A little bit of a follow up on our conversation:
Ravencroft does exist in the comics. This is a different facility than the one Kurt Connors is in It was created in the 90’s, which makes sense because I thought maybe I read something where Carnage was housed there. According to the Marvel Wiki, it was founded by Doctor Kafka, who is 1. American and 2. a female. So way to go with missing the mark on that one, movie.
Turns out, Dr. Kafka was based on a real female therapist who was actually named Dr. Kafka!
